I have been dealing with Conditioned Aire for many years in fact my family has bought 4 air conditioners from Conditioned Aire. The people are friendly, nice and very helpful.

I have used Conditioned Aire since I moved to Valencia 7 years ago at the recommendation of a friend who also uses them. Since then, I recommended Conditioned Aire to 3 of my friends & they recommended them to several of their friends who all now happily use them. They are dependable, and SPOT ON when there's an issue that needs attention. They do any needed repairs in the most cost-effective way & energy efficient way. They NEVER TRY TO UPSELL you and their prices are extremely competitive. My HVAC unit was over 30 years old. Finally this year, it was time to replace it. Not only did I receive the best price to replace my unit from Conditioned Aire out of 3 other companies, but they gave me a top of the line product & the most energy efficient one - which others did not. In addition - Conditioned Aire was the only company that was able to offer me a 5-year payment plan with ZERO INTEREST -- without which I couldn't have afford it. My family had been using Conditioned Aire for decades. They are RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY,  and take the time to explain everything. They keep my A/C unit in tip top shape, and it was installed well before I was born.  

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Conditioned Aire after all these years.

After having used other local HVAC contractors, I still remember the joy of the first experience with Conditioned Aire. It's not that their prices were too much less, but they EXUDED HONESTY, DEPENDABILITY, AND NICENESS. After many years nothing has changed. When they make an appointment, they keep that appointment. Great service, HONEST SUGGESTIONS but NEVER A "HARD SELL" and CONSISTENTLY PROFESSIONAL.‍

Brett is the owner of Conditioned Aire who was referred to me at least 15 years ago. He serviced my unit at the time that has probably been in for 35 years at the time. That unit would barely keep the house cool and would run all day. He asked me if I knew that the unit was set on low speed and with a switch improved the cooling in the house. Over the years, no matter when I call him, he would show up fast even during a heat wave and would always be able to get the part and keep it going. Two years ago, Conditioned Aire crew put in a completely new Lennox System that I totally love. All of Brett's staff were super friendly and very respectful of my house.

Over the years, I've referred many friends or anyone who has asked me for an A/C guy to him. Everyone I've referred totally loves him. He's even helped out one of my friends over the phone. I can't tell you how many times I get a call from people I've referred him to that call me to thank me for the referral.
